Our pro bono missions

Motivated by a desire to remove boundaries and convinced that change comes through collective action, the Little Wing team commits to putting time and skills in the service of organizations that work for the general interest. We decide as a team which pro bono missions to carry out, and we commit for a minimum of one year per project.

Today, we support two associations:

During 2024, Little Wing supported the Alliance pour la Santé Mentale (Alliance for Mental Health), an association under the French law of 1901, whose aim is to promote the importance of mental health, raise awareness of mental health issues and combat the stigmatization of mental disorders.

Chemins d’avenirs is an association that promotes equal opportunity for young people in rural areas and small towns, offering support to middle and high school students through a mentoring system. Since April 2022, Little Wing has been involved with Chemins d’avenir in defining and implementing the association’s communication strategies.

How we approach eco-responsibility on a daily basis

Little Wing adopts an eco-responsible attitude by limiting its environmental impact and by guiding its team members in their personal approach to reducing carbon emissions.

Located on rue Royale, a central address in Paris, the firm encourages low-carbon transport by paying a sustainable mobility package to those who travel to work by bike. Employees get regular training and exposure to new ideas through workshops like Climate Fresco or Little Big Impact, and in inspiring meetings with committed actors (companies, associations, media and others).

Little Wing is a member of The Shift Project, a think tank that works for a carbon-free economy.

In 2023-2024, Little Wing took part in the Business for Climate Convention for the consulting sector. At the end of this nearly year-long journey, Little Wing signed the regenerative consulting community’s commitment charter.
